This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be available for purchases made on ImageZ at image-z.com.
This policy applies to paid plans, subscriptions, and other eligible purchases unless a different rule is shown at checkout, required by law, or agreed by us in writing.
2. General Rule
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, purchases on ImageZ are generally non-refundable once credits have been materially used or the refund window has passed.
3. Standard Refund Eligibility
You may request a refund within 3 days of purchase if all of the following are true:
- the purchase was made through ImageZ or one of our supported payment processors
- you used no more than 5% of the included credits or 100 credits, whichever is lower
- the account is in good standing
- there is no evidence of abuse, fraud, chargeback risk, or policy violations
Refund requests are reviewed manually and are not guaranteed.
4. Cases That Are Usually Not Refundable
A refund will normally not be approved if:
- the request is submitted after the 3-day refund window
- usage exceeds the refund threshold described above
- the purchase involved significant generation, export, batch processing, or other material consumption of resources
- the account violated our Terms of Service
- the request involves abuse, repeated refund behavior, fraud indicators, or chargeback activity
- the issue is caused by incorrect user input, model selection, style preference, or dissatisfaction with subjective creative output after substantial use
5. Subscriptions and Cancellations
- Canceling a subscription stops future renewals.
- Cancellation does not normally create a retroactive refund for the current billing period.
- If you are eligible for a refund under this policy, you may still submit a request after canceling.
- Annual plans do not issue all yearly credits upfront; included credits are generally issued on a 30-day cycle, but annual subscription charges remain subject to this Refund Policy.
6. Taxes, Fees, and Non-Refundable Charges
Where permitted by law, the following may be excluded from any refund:
- taxes and government-imposed fees
- foreign exchange losses or currency conversion differences
- payment processing fees that are not returned to us by the processor
If a refund is approved, the final refund amount may therefore be lower than the original charge.
7. Promotional, Bonus, and Trial Credits
Promotional credits, bonus credits, goodwill credits, trial credits, and similar non-purchased credits:
- are not redeemable for cash
- are generally not refundable
- may expire or be revoked according to the offer terms or platform rules

- the date of purchase
- a short explanation of the request
We may ask for additional information reasonably necessary to review the request.
9. Refund Processing Time
If a refund is approved:
- we will generally submit the refund to the original payment method
- processing time depends on your payment provider, bank, or card issuer
- processor timelines commonly range from a few business days to multiple business days depending on region and payment method

If a chargeback is initiated, we may suspend or restrict the related account while the payment dispute is under review.
