This Privacy Policy explains how ImageZ collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you use image-z.com, our applications, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

We generally do not store your full payment card number. Payment details are usually handled by the payment processor.

Current standard asset retention periods are:

  • Basic: 7 days
  • Standard: 15 days
  • Pro: 30 days
  • Ultra: 90 days

Assets may be deleted earlier if you delete them, your account is removed, the data is no longer needed, a provider removes it, or we are required to do so for legal, safety, or policy reasons.

8. International Data Transfers

Your information may be processed and stored in countries other than the one where you live. Those countries may have data protection rules that differ from those in your jurisdiction. Where required, we take reasonable steps to use appropriate safeguards.
